Fear. This is what I have felt when developing this blog. You might think, why? Fear of being judged. Fear of showing my weaknesses. Fear of being transparent to the world. Fear of the unknown.
Isn't that what I ask my students everyday to do?
Take that challenge. Take that step and not to be afraid. Isn't that what learning is all about.
If I think about all the times I have told students scientist learn from their mistakes. Scientists take risk, they face their fears to find answers to their questions.
So heres another one of my steps. It has taken me a long time to get to this point but now I'm transparent.
